As part of our ongoing Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) efforts, Aerozone Alliance and Team NEO recently visited Cleveland Die & Manufacturing, a key player in Northeast Ohio’s manufacturing sector. Specializing in precision metal stamping, the company has long served the automotive industry but is now actively exploring opportunities to diversify into new markets.
Historically, Cleveland Die & Manufacturing was also a supplier to the appliance industry, but many of those jobs shifted overseas. With reshoring efforts gaining momentum, the company is assessing whether new opportunities in this sector—and beyond—could support its growth.
During our visit, we discussed workforce development needs, potential market expansion, and available resources such as JobsOhio grants and training programs.
