We recently met with MCPC, a dynamic IT business in Cleveland that has evolved from an IT reseller into a comprehensive IT solutions provider. MCPC, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is a privately owned global endpoint management company, founded in 2002. Additionally, they have centers in Grand Rapids and Erie. MCPC supports a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, government, and education.

MCPC helps clients by providing a comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle management approach to navigate the complexity of technology, mitigate risks, and empower employee performance.

Proud of their commitment to the communities where they do business, MCPC believes organizations should act with civic responsibility. That’s why MCPC actively promotes the economic, social, and cultural growth of our neighborhoods through community investment programs. Their approach inspires a true partnership with clients and community members.

What was extremely refreshing to learn is that MCPC is dedicated to community engagement and workforce development outside of and through its nonprofit, The Cleveland Foundry, and partnerships such as the one with Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s School of ONE.

The School of ONE, in collaboration with MCPC and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, provides personalized learning to equip students with modern job market skills. MCPC recruits current students for paid internships, offering permanent job opportunities for graduates, training, and mentorship. Additionally, MCPC’s nonprofit, The Cleveland Foundry, offers unique experiences like rowing and sailing to develop teamwork and essential skills, emphasizing holistic development.

MCPC combines corporate success with social responsibility, fostering a brighter future for people with unique experience interested in the technology industry. They are also committed to providing entry-level opportunities and have open positions, which can be found on their website.
