One of the primary objectives of Aerozone Alliance is to support regional companies in their efforts to expand and thrive through the implementation of Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) visits. The purpose of these visits is to gain an in-depth understanding of each company, identify their specific challenges, and connect them with the resources necessary to bolster their growth.
In 2023, we have successfully completed more than 80 BR&E visits with various companies, positively impacting their growth prospects. Most recently, we assisted Victory Packaging, which encountered transportation challenges during its relocation. Our solution involved connecting them with the newly established RTA ConnectWorks program, specializing in last-mile transportation solutions. We are also working to foster a collaboration between Victory Packaging and the Polaris Career Center to address their warehousing workforce needs.
